摘　　要：结合"卓越工程师计划"的培养目标,讨论面向汽车产业的材料成型及控制工程专业企业培养教学要求。从企业培养课程体系设置、教学内容优化、培养基地建设及质量保障体系等方面,对满足卓越工程师教育培养要求的材料成型及控制工程专业企业培养体系进行初步探讨。Based on the teaching objective of the ＂the Outstanding Engineers Education and Training Plan＂ , the paper discussed the enterprises training requirement of material shaping and controlling engineering specialty for automobile industry. The Enterprises training System meeting the requirements of ＂the Outstanding Engineers Education and Training Plan＂ was preliminary discussed in the paper, which included the adjustment of curriculum, the optimization of the content of courses, there form of teaching method, and the establishment of practice base.
