摘  要:目的评估积雪草苷(AT)对实验性急性脑缺血小鼠的神经系统的保护作用。方法将ICR小鼠用积雪草苷连续灌胃3d,末次给药1h后采用大脑中动脉栓塞法制作局灶脑缺血模型,缺血6h后,对各组神经功能进行评分,并取脑组织样本,测定其脑的含水量、脑指数及脑梗死体积。结果 AT高剂量组小鼠脑缺血后的行为状态得到明显改善,缺血区范围缩小,小鼠急性脑缺血区的脑组织含水量、脑指数、脑梗死体积病变程度减轻,且与模型组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 AT对小鼠急性局灶性脑缺血损伤有一定的神经保护作用,显示积雪草苷对于缓解急性脑缺血有潜在的药用价值。Objective This study evaluated the protective effect of asiaticoside(AT) on the nervous system of mice with acute cerebral ischemia.Methods ICR mice were dosed with asiaticoside for 3 consecutive days.The middle cerebral artery occlusion was applied to brain of the ICR mice,one hour after the last intragastric administration,to produce the local cerebral ischemia l.Six hours after ischemia,neurolofical function of of ICR mice were measured.The samples of brain tissue of ICR mice were taken and used to measure the water content,cerebral index and infarct volume of brain.Results The brain of the(AT) high-dose group of ICR mice had a satisfactory performance in terms of the water content,cerebral index and infarct volume.These three indicators,compared with those of brain tissue of the model group,were lower and had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion This study revealed that the(AT) has the protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia of ICR mice.Therefore,the asiaticoside has the potential to be developed into the medicine for the acute cerebral ischemia.
