高效液相色谱法测定不同地区飞扬草中杨梅苷的含量

摘  要:目的采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析不同产地飞扬草中有效成分杨梅苷的含量。方法以ZORBAXSB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(29∶71)作为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃;检测波长:352 nm。结果杨梅苷在20min内得到较好分离,在0.014-0.280mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.32%。结论本方法简便,准确,重复性好,为飞扬草的质量控制提供科学依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining myricetrin in Euphorbia Hirta L.of different area.Method The ZORBAX SB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5 μm) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: 0.1% H3PO4(29∶ 71),the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃ the detecting wavelength was at 352 nm.Results Myricetrin was successfully separated within 20 min,the linear response range was 0.014-0.28mg/mL.The average recovery was 99.1%,RSD was 1.32%.Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,it can provide evidence for further development and utilization of this crude drug.
