摘　　要：分析了水相法氯化石蜡-70生产过程中发生事故的原因,确定了安全设施改造方案,完善了操作规程,保证了检修人员的人身安全和企业的财产安全。The causes of accidents in aqueous phase production of chlorinated paraffin-70 are analyzed. The reform schemes for reforming safety facilities are determined, and the operating rules are improved, thus guaranteeing the safety of maintenance personnel and the safety of enterprise properties.
