中小学体育教师主观幸福感现状调查——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：文章从文化的角度出发,对甘肃省中小学体育教师的主观幸福感的现状进行了调查,结果发现体育教师幸福感在性别、学校类型及受教育程度上不存在显著差异,在年龄、收入及婚姻状态的部分维度存在显著差异。有必要进一步考虑变量的交互效应。This article investigates PE teachers of primary and secondary schools about their subjective well-being in Gansu province from the view of culture.The results show that there are significant difference between age,income and marital status in some dimensions,no significant difference between sex and primary and secondary schools and educational level.It＇s necessary to do more research about interaction of variables.
