摘　　要：目的总结氯乙烯作业工人肝超声检查结果,分析其作业者的身体情况,了解肝脏超声图像的改变,探讨氯乙烯对作业工人健康的影响,为采取防护措施、保护工人身体健康提供依据。方法检测某企业氯乙烯浓度,使用美国通用LOGIQ7型多普勒超声显像仪对氯乙烯作业工人(接触组)以及同期体检的不接触氯乙烯的工人作为对照组进行肝B超影像学检查。结果接触组工人肝超声检查结果异常率高于对照组,其中以脂肪肝最为明显,2008—2010年接触组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=11.11、15.13、10.41,P<0.01)。结论长期接触氯乙烯者肝超声影像学改变明显,可将B超作为氯乙烯接触人群慢性肝损害的动态监测指标,以便及时掌握氯乙烯对职业人群健康状况的影响。Objective To summarize the liver ultrasound examination results among vinyl chloride handling workers,to analyze the workers′physical condition,to understand the change of liver ultrasonograph and to investigate the influence of vinyl chloride on the health of the handling workers in order to provide basis for taking protective measures and protecting the workers′ health.Methods The vinyl chloride concentration in the work environment of an enterprise was detected.The color Doppler ultrasonic instrument（General LOGIQ7） was adopted to conducting liver B-type ultrasonography on the vinyl chloride handling workers（touching group） and contemporaneous workers for physical examination and without touching vinyl chloride（control group）.Results The abnormality rate of liver ultrasonographic results in the touching group was higher than that in the control group.Among them,fatty liver was most obvious.Difference between the touching group and the control group during 2008-2010 had statistical significance（χ^2 =11,11;15,13;10,41 respectively,all P〈0.01）.Conclusion Individuals with long term touching vinyl chloride have the obvious change of liver ultrasonography.Liver ultrasonography may be used as the dynamic monitoring index of chronic live damage in the crowd exposing to vinyl chloride to timely gasping the influence of vinyl chloride on the health status of occupational workers.
