宫颈局麻人流术与静脉麻醉人流术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈局麻与静脉麻醉在人流术中的疗效。方法选择宫内妊娠6.5-10W要求终止妊娠的妇女350例,随机分为二组,A组为宫颈局部注射利多卡因人流术172例;B组为静脉注射异丙酚人流术182例,对两组疗效进行比较。结果两组镇痛效果、手术时间、人流综合反应发生率无明显差异,不良反应发生率差异显著。结论宫颈局麻人流术适合基层医院开展,静脉麻醉人流术在基层医院中谨慎开展。【Objective】To explore clinical therapeutic effect of the Cervical local anesthesia operation flow and intravenous anesthesia operation flow.【Methods】Choosing IUP 6.5-10W need termination pregnancy women 350 case,and we random divided two groups A and B.A Group is 172 case who using cervical local anesthesia operation flow with lidocaine.B Group is182 case who using intravenous anesthesia operation flow with diprivan.And comparing these two groups.【Resluts】Two groups of analgesic effect,operation time,operation flow comprehensive reaction rate have no obvious difference.But adverse reaction has the significant difference.【Conclusion】Cervical local anesthesia operation flow is suitable for primary hospital,and intravenous anesthesia operation flow should be cautious in primary hospital.
