摘 要:目的:探索基于虚拟现实辅助头颈开窗技术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死。方法:基于髋关节的64排螺旋CT连续断层二维图像,Mimics软件重建股骨头病变组织的三维可视化结构,在三维量化的基础上实施头颈开窗。结果:Mimics医学图像处理软件对髋关节CT扫描的Dicom格式数据进行三维重建图像结构清晰,能够对病变组织部位予以定位,对病变组织体积进行计算,使头颈开窗定位精确,打压植骨规范量化。结论:Mimics软件根据CT扫描所得的Dicom原始数据能准确重建股骨头缺血性坏死髋关节的三维立体结构,为头颈开窗技术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死骨质的评估、导针的定位、植骨的量化提供了客观的依据。Objective: Exploration based on Virtual Reality Assisted neck fenestration technique in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods: Based on 64 row spiral CT continuous 2-dimensional images of hip segments, femoral neck and femoral head (Including cystic area and hardening area) were reconstructed by the Mimics software, on the basis of the implementation of head and neck fenestration. Results: The three-dimensional reconstruction distinctly displayed the structures of diseased tissue, diseased tissue can be positioned and volume can be calculated. Conclusion. The application of thin-layer CT and Dicom standard ensures more accurate 3D model of hip establishment, providing an objective basis for assessment of hip bone and choice of treatment program.
