摘　　要：远程医学使用远程通信技术和计算机多媒体技术提供医学信息和服务,为病人节省了时间和费用。目前我院的远程会诊在应用中还存在很多手动因素,如会诊单需医生手写,检查结果需使用扫描仪扫描成图片传送给对方专家等。这样既降低了医疗效率,同时因扫描仪质量原因可能造成得到的图片噪点多、局部模糊、失真等结果,给远程专家准确诊断增加了困难和不确定因素。为提高医院医疗工作效率和远程会诊质量,实现了一个基于Tomcat的网络会诊预约系统,医生通过浏览器点击几次鼠标键盘即可提交会诊申请,病人的基本信息及诊断信息都可以直接由服务器从数据库提取,病人的检查、检验结果包括PACS影像可以直接被转换为占用空间较小的JPG格式提取并传输,大大提高了远程会诊的办公效率,为医生和患者节省了宝贵时间。Telemedicine provides long distance medical service using communication technique and computer multimedia technique. However, the application in my hospital still needs many manual jobs, such as filling forms, scanning pictures. After that, data is send to experts far away. Medical efficiency is then depressed. More important, experts may make imprecise diagnosis based on the scanned blurry picture which has many noise points or distortions. To improve our medical efficiency and telemedicine quality, we implement a telemedicine appointment system in this paper. The system is based on Tomcat web server and provides many auto filled forms for doctors. Compared with manual forms, a doctor can submit an appointment with several keyboard hitting and mouse clicks using web browser. Patient＇ s basic information and diagnoses can be abstracted from the database. PACS images are also obtained from file server and converted to JPG files which are smaller for transmission. The system can improve medical efficiency and save valuable time for doctors and patients.
