摘　　要：目的:为解决采用导入文件模式进行新农合医疗系统直报时存在的安全隐患。方法:采用流文件技术对导出Excel文件进行加密保护,采用蓝牙技术实现数据在医院信息系统和新农合系统之间的传输。结果:网络环境安全可靠,导出数据不易被人为篡改,数据准确一致。结论:对于网络安全要求较高,不允许网络实时连接的医院,具有重要的参考意义。Objective： In order to solve the potential safety hazard in using the import file mode to realize the Rural Cooperative Medical Information System real-time settlement. Methods： Using the stream file technology on the exported Excel file encryption, using Bluetooth technology to realize encrypted transmission of data between HIS and Rural Cooperative Medical Information System. Results ： The environment of the network safety, data is not easy to be human tampering, and data accuracy. Conclusion： In the hospital that requirements of network security and do not allow real-time network connection, has the important reference significance.
