医院实验室信息系统中的检验设备两种通讯连接方式比较

摘　　要：在医院实验室信息系统(LIS)中,由于检验设备的通讯协议并未统一,如何实时采集检验设备的数据并正确展现,成为LIS实现过程中的技术关键。在检验设备的通讯连接方式上,出现了两种不同的技术实现方法。分析了目前存在于各大医院的两种通讯连接方式的技术思路,以及两种方式的优劣对比。In laboratory information system （ LIS ） ,the technical key of system implementation is collection and analysis of laboratory instruments data under the condition of nonstandard communication protocol of laboratory instruments. In general, there are two communication connection methods available in many hospital＇ s LIS. This paper analyses two different technical methods and makes the compare with them.
