摘 要:西方国家的职业生涯规划理论与实证研究已经很成熟,而我国的研究才刚刚起步。职业性向理论是对我国影响较大的一种职业生涯规划理论,被公认为是一种有效的职业指导理论和方法。高职学生比普通高等院校的学生面临着更多的学习和就业的压力,就业理想与现实职业、自我需求与社会需求之间的差距使得学生在就业和择业时充满迷茫、恐惧和无助感,因此其就业指导尤为重要。职业性向理论的引入,为高职学生就业指导提供了新的思考方向和借鉴途径。Western countries career planning theory and empirical research has matured, and our country research is still in the stage of exploration and study. Occupational orientation theory is one of the significant impact on my career planning theory, it is recognized as a valid theory and methods of vocational guidance. Vocational higher- education students faced with more pressure of learning and employment compared with common students, such actualities gap greatly with their employment ideal and reality career, and their selfhood needs and social needs, it makes students confused, fear and helpless, therefore university of employment guidance is particularly important, occupational orientation theory was introduced for vocational higher-education students employment guidance , it provides new of thinking direction and reference way.
