摘　　要：精细化管理作为一种理念和目标,是现今大学学籍管理的基本特质之一。学籍管理,尤其是校内学籍管理中存在一系列不适应现代管理的传统和习惯,应该以人为本,重新审视和创新管理制度和运行机制,实现学籍工作的精细化管理。Fine management as a concept and the goal, is the basic characteristic of university student current management.School management, especially in school management in the presence of a series of incommensurate modern management tradition and habit, should be people-oriented, rethink and innovation management system and operation mechanism, achievement of school work of fine management.
