现代远程开放教育模式下学生工作初探

摘　　要："现代远程开放教育"——一种面向21世纪全新的学习模式,由于其新型的学习理念及教学模式,成为构建学习型社会的一个主要平台,使实现网上终身教育成为可能。但是现代远程教育学生中存在的行为模式自主化、纪律约束弱化、人际关系虚拟化、价值取向功利化以及学习心理复杂化等特点,也给在这种模式下的学生工作带来了难度。本文从现代远程教育的本质和特征入手,与传统教育模式下的学生工作相比较,分析了现代远程教育下,开展学生工作的一般性和特殊性,并指出了关键、重点和应对的对策。＂Modem open and distance education＂, a totally new leaning mode in the 21st century, makes online lifelong education possible due to its new learning idea and teaching mode, and it has become an important platform for the construction of a learning style society. But there exist some problems in modern distance education, bringing difficulties to students＇ learning. This paper compares student affair of modem distance education with traditional education, and proposes countermeasures of student affair in the mode of modern distance education.
