摘　　要：本文以三峡大学图书馆成教分馆为例,论述了我国成教学院图书馆的运行现状,分析了读者入馆率低的原因并提出了改进工作的方法。Taking adult education institute branch of Library of China Three Gorges University for an example, this paper elaborates the operation situation of adult education institute library in China, analyzes the causes of low readers＇ borrowing and proposes methods for its improvement.
