摘 要:微乳剂的开发利用有利于减小低渗储层伤害,提高采收率。对微乳剂的主要性能及对亲水亲油岩芯润湿性的改善进行了研究,结果显示:微乳剂体系稳定,能与水互溶且有一定的溶油能力;在有效浓度范围内,表面张力小于30mN/m;微乳剂能改善亲水亲油岩芯润湿性为中性-弱亲水(65°<接触角<90°),降低多孔介质中毛管渗流阻力;微乳剂与压裂液复配,不会降低压裂液成胶粘度,破胶后表面张力降低,有利于破胶液返排。The development of microemulsion helps to reduce the damage of low permeability reservoirs and improve the recovery.The main properties and the effiect on wettability of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic core are studied.The results show that microemulsion system is stable and it can dissolve water and diesel oil in any proportion.Moreover,the surface tension is less than 30mN/m in effective concentration range.The microemulsion can transform the wettability of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic core to weak hydrophilicity(65°<contact angle<90°),and it is favorable to decreasing the capillary force as a resistance force in reservoir pores.The viscosity of fracturing fluid does not fall down when using the microemulsion and the surface tension reduces after breaking,which is good at flowing back.
