摘 要:针对我国各油田在注水开发后期广泛存在的含水率大于90%、日产量小于10m3的油井含水率测量难的问题,根据同轴电容法测量含水率原理,设计了同轴阵列电容含水率传感器,根据动态实验研究结果建立了含水率测量模型。所研制的同轴阵列电容传感器的含水率特性在0~100%含水率变化范围内为某种对数关系,在含水率大于90%情况具有更高的响应分辨率、良好的重复性,但响应特性受测量流量有规律的影响;所建立的含水率测量模型能够对流量影响进行校正,在含水率大于30%时,由测量模型计算得到的含水率标准误差小于3%,表明所研制的同轴阵列含水率传感器适合于低流量和中、高段含水率测量,特别是适合于含水率大于80%的油井含水率测量。In view of a widely existed difficulty in measuring water cut of production wells of greater than 90% water content and less than 10 m3/d output in the later water projection production in China oilfields, based on the principle of measuring water cut using coaxial capacitor, we design a coaxial-array-capacitor for water cut measurement and complete a dynamic experiment, and establish a model for water cut measurement according to experiment result. The above result shows that in the range of 0-100% water cut, the water cut behavior of the coaxial-array capacitor has logistical relationship, and has a higher water cut resolution especially when the water cut is greater than 90%, and has a better repeatability, however, the water cut behavior is regularly affected by the fluid flow. It also shows that the affection of flow can be corrected by the model established for water cut measurement, and the RMS error derived from the water cut model is less than 3% when the water cut is greater than 30%. This shows that the water cut sensor developed is suitable for measuring the water cut in low production fluid and middle-high water cut production wells, especially in production wells greater than 80% water cut.
