摘  要:基于有限元方法数值分析多极子阵列声波测井仪常用叠片型接收换能器的工作模态和接收特性,研究各种结构参数调整对换能器接收灵敏度的影响。增加换能器压电片厚度可以提高换能器的接收灵敏度;增加换能器长度和宽度只对单极接收部分的接收灵敏度有所提升而对偶极接收部分几乎没有影响。接收灵敏度对压电片厚度的改变最敏感,对换能器长度的改变次之,对换能器宽度的改变最不敏感。压电片厚度、换能器长度和宽度的增加都会导致谐振峰前移,使得接收响应更不平坦。在接收面积相同的情况下,矩形换能器灵敏度整体接收灵敏度要优于圆形结构。The receiving transducer performance often affects quality and reliability of the strata echo directly. The working mode and receiving characteristic of the laminated receiving transducer which is generally used in multi-pole acoustic array logging tool has been analyzed based on finite element method, and on this basis, the affection caused by adjustment of structural parameters on the receiving sensitivity of the receiving transducer has been studied. The analysis demonstrates that the receiving transducer works on length stretching vibration mode; the augment of the thickness of piezoelectric slice, the length or width of the transducer will enhance the receiving sensitivity, but on the other hand, the fluctuations of receiving response will magnify, which is caused by forward movement of the resonance peak. When the receiving area is the same, sensitivity of the rectangular transducer is better than that of the cylinder transducer.
