EM菌和通气频率对水培芥蓝生长和品质的影响

摘  要:通过不同EM菌浓度(稀释800倍和稀释1 000倍)和不同通气频率处理(通气15 min,间隔30 min和间隔45 min),研究了EM菌对水培芥蓝生长和品质的影响。结果表明:EM菌处理和通气处理对芥蓝的生长和品质有明显的促进作用。15∶30+1 000倍EM菌的处理,其株高、茎粗、全株鲜重、全株干重与空白对照相比分别增加34.7%、15.9%、48.3%和32.9%。在1 000倍EM菌处理下,其Vc含量和可溶性糖含量也有较大的提高。Effects of effective microorganism(EM,800 times and 1 000 times diluted) and aeration frequency(15 minutes aeration,30 minutes interval and 45 minutes interval,respectively) on growth and quality of Chinese kale(Brassica albograbra Bailey) in hydroponics were studied.The results showed that the shoot height,fresh weight and dry weigh of Chinese kale plant were improved by both EM and aeration treatment.In the treatment of 15∶30 aeration and 1 000 times of EM,the shoot height,stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of plant were 34.7%,15.9%,48.3% and 32.9% higher than the controls(no aeration and EM).In the treatments with 1 000 times EM,the contents of vitamin C and soluble of flower stalk were improved remarkably.
