摘  要:以锯木屑为主体材料配制成9种复合基质,测定其理化性状,并进行黄瓜育苗试验。结果表明,复合基质都具有良好的理化性状,适宜黄瓜幼苗生长,其中配方6(锯木屑∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=6∶3∶1,V/V)对黄瓜幼苗的出苗率、全株干重、茎粗、叶片数有较好的促进作用,且壮苗指数高。与泥炭基质相比,以锯木屑为主料的复合基质配方在育苗效果上有不错的作用,可以作为较好的基质,而且成本较低,可以代替以泥炭作为主料的复合基质应用于黄瓜规模化生产育苗中。Nine kinds of compound substrate mainly made from sawdust were produced for cucumber seedling growing experiment and their physicochemical characters were measured.The results showed that the compound substrate had favorable physicochemical properties for cucumber seedling growing,and the substrate of 6(sawdust:perlite:vermiculite=6:3:1,V/V) had beneficial to the seedling emergence rate,plant dry weight,stem diameter,number of leaves and seedling strength index.Compared to the peat substrate,sawdust compound substrates had preferable effect on cucumber seedling,and duo to its low cost,sawdust compound substrates can substitute peat for cucumber seedling growing
