烟草黑胫病拮抗细菌的筛选及鉴定

摘　　要：从毕节8个县市种植烟草的田地采集土壤样品122份,共分离到细菌菌株630株,经平板对峙培养初筛到31株对烟草疫霉有拮抗作用的菌株,再次筛选表明5株细菌菌株在室内有较强的拮抗作用。通过形态特征观察、生理生化特征测定及16SrDNA序列分析,鉴定拮抗细菌1107为芽孢杆菌属短小芽孢杆菌,7403、1205、1601、5801为芽孢杆菌属。A total of 630 bacteria strains were isolated from 122 soil samples collected from tobacco fields in bijie city,Guizhou province,china.Screened through confronting incubation on OA plate,the result showed that 31 bio-bacterial strains against phytophthora parasitica Var.Nicotianae were screened.Culture these 31 strains and phytophthora parasitica Var.Nicotianae together again,indicated that five bacteria 1107,1205,7403,1601,5801 have the best antagonistic effects.The identification of five bacteria strains through morphologic observation,characterization of physical and biochemical properties,and 16s rDNA sequence analyis showed that 1107 belonged to Bacillus sp.Bacillus pumilus,the other four belonged to Bacillus sp..
