摘  要:用煎煮法提取中药有效成分,采用纸片琼脂法探讨了夏枯草、牡丹皮、诃子、赤勺、丁香等45种中草药对中华鳖致病性嗜水气单胞菌的体外抑制效果。测定抑菌圈大小,结果表明抑菌直径〉10 mm的中草药依次为夏枯草、诃子、地榆、赤芍、牡丹皮、黄芩,平均抑菌直径为8.5~10 mm的中药分别是黄连、连翘、大黄、大青叶、乌梅、丁香。根据体外抑制试验的结果,选取对嗜水气单胞菌的平均抑菌圈直径在8.5 mm以上的12种中草药,采用二倍稀释法进行最小杀菌浓度(MBC)测定,试验结果表明:地榆、夏枯草、丁香能有效杀灭嗜水气单胞菌,其MBC均为7.81 mg/mL;诃子次之,其MBC为15.6 mg/mL;赤勺MBC为31.3 mg/mL;黄连、黄芩、大青叶等3种中草药的MBC均为62.5 mg/mL;大黄、连翘、乌梅、牡丹皮等4种的MBC在125 mg/mL或以上。The bioactive ingredients of 45 kinds of Chinese herbal plants were extracted by the water boiling method.The agar diffusion method was used to measure the zone of inhibition of prunella,moutan,ball,caryophyllata and other Chinese herbal medicine against pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from Chinese soft-shelled turtle in vitro.The results of antibacterial ring showed that the medicine whose water extracts' antibacterial diameter larger than 10 mm were prunella,ball,sanguisorba,paeonia,moutan and scutellaria,and those whose average diameter of 8.5-10 mm were coptis,forsythia,rhubarb,isatidis,mume and caryophyllata.According to the inhibition test results in vitro,12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine whose average antibacterial diameter larger than 8.5 mm were chose to determine minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) using the two-fold dilution method.The MBC test's results showed that sanguisorba,prunella,caryophyllata could effectively kill the pathogenic A.hydrophila,MBC of which were 7.81 mg/mL,of ball was 15.6 mg/mL,of paeonia was 31.3 mg/mL,of coptis,scutellaria,isatidis were 62.50 mg/mL,of the other 4 kinds medicine(rhubarb,forsythia,mume,moutan) were 125 mg/mL or above.
