摘　　要：从水产技术需求主体的角度,研究了在以小规模、家庭化经营为主的生产模式下,现有的水产技术推广体系存在推广成本高,技术外溢性严重影响主体需求,渔户自组织提供技术服务遭遇阻碍等问题。研究发现,这些问题对我国渔业生产效率的提升和水产品质量安全形成了严重阻碍,转变渔业生产方式,推进企业化经营成为水产转型的重要选择。The paper studied aquatic production mode of the small-scale,family business based on the main demand,and found the existing system of promotion of aquatic product technology had high promotion costs,technology spillover seriously affecting the main demand,self organization providing technical service encounter obstacle.The paper also found that it had formed serious obstacle on fishery production efficiency and the quality and safety of aquatic products.As a result,transformating the mode of fishery production and advancing the enterprise management was the main choice of aquatic production transformation.
