摘　　要：通过调查不同类型农业生产经营主体对农业社会化服务的实际满足程度以及对农业社会化服务的供给状况,系统分析了浙江省农业社会化服务的供需状况及存在问题。研究发现,公益性服务组织是提供农业社会化服务的重要主体,但存在资源分散、部门分割、队伍老化等问题;合作性服务组织和市场性服务组织在现代农业发展中提供了越来越多的农业社会化服务,但由于缺乏资金支持、政策优惠以及组织内部发展等问题影响了农业社会化服务职能的有效发挥,制约了农民增收和现代农业的发展。为了促进现代农业发展,必须要加强以农业生产性服务业为主体的新型农业社会化服务体系建设。Through systematic survey on current situation,especially different types of service objects＇ satisfaction extents to socialized services for agriculture SSFA,this paper showed us a full picture of the reality of SSFA and problems involved.Researchers found the main body of service objects above was non-profit organization which was resource scattered and department separated in nowadays.Both cooperative service organizations and profit organizations provided work harder and harder on improving the development of modern agriculture.However,their function was still limited caused by the lack of financial support,reasonable policies and other issues appeared inside of the organization.The author believes the improvement of new SSFA should focus on their agricultural producer services,so that the modern agricultural development can be better achieved.
