摘 要:目的合成离子液体[DMIM]BF4(1-癸基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐),并研究其在纳米碳酸钙制备中的应用。方法氯化钙和碳酸铵在参杂有离子液体的溶液中生成碳酸钙,再将碳酸钙烘干,制得纳米碳酸钙。结果在离子液体的参与下可以改变碳酸钙的平均粒度,其范围为40~70 nm符合纳米级要求,通过氯化钙浓度、温度、离子液体加入量单因素实验考查对碳酸钙平均粒度的影响。结论在纳米碳酸钙制备过程中应用离子液体来改变产物的性状是可行的。Aim To synthesize ionic liquid[ DMIM ] BF4 and study the application of ionic liquids on the prepara- tion of nano-scale calcium carbonate. Methods Synthesizing calcium carbonate by using Calcium chloride and Ammonium carbonate in the solution mingled with ionic liquids, then obtaining nano-scale calcium carbonate by dr- ying calcium carbonate. Results The participation of ionic liquids can change the average particle size of calcium carbonate, its scope is 40 - 70 nm, which conforms to the nanometer level requirement. The influence of the calci- um chloride concentration, temperature, added quantity of ionic liquid of single factor conditions on the calcium carbonate average particle size is also inspected. Conclusion The preparation of processing nano-scale calcium carbonate by appling ionic liquids to improve the character of nano-scale calcium carbonate is feasible.
