摘　　要：为适应国家经济建设和地学研究的需要,经过多年的准备,国家测绘地理信息局将开展国家第三期一等水准网施测工作。文中主要介绍对第三期一等水准网施测开展的有关研究,论述为达到工程设计目标而采用的施测技术路线和措施。In order to adapt to the economic development in the country and the need to geographic study, National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation will carry out the third-time measure- ment for the first order leveling network. It presents the third-time network measurement research, the engineering design goal, and the application of techniques and measures.
