摘　　要：介绍了OPC鼓抓取机构设计优化的过程，出现的技术难点及问题。论述了问题的解决方案并对其做实验验证，在保证功能完善的基础上使其更可靠，更经济，并在生产上成功使用此设计方案。This paper introduces the technical difficulties and problems which we have met during OPC drum gripper structure design process. A solution to the problems has been given and the design has been tested and proven, to ensure the perfect functionality and cost-effectiveness. The optimized design had been used in the production line successfully.
