中医药从业者科学素养测评研究

摘　　要：开展中医药从业人员的科学素养研究,对于从新的视角探讨中医药的科学性以及人才培养等问题,具有重要的现实意义。本文针对中医药领域科学素养测评研究处于空白的现状,提出了中医药从业者科学素养的五维度模型,并运用Fuzzy方法确定各维度的权重值。在此基础上,设计了反映中医药从业者职业特点的测评方案,对中医药从业者6类人群,以及非中医药从业者对照人群开展了实际测评,并对测评结果进行了分析讨论,得出了相应的结论。Scientific literacy researches among traditional Chinese medicine professionals, from a brand new point of view to discuss some issues in terms of scientific accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine and professionals cultivation, have great significance. The article discussed a new 5-dimension survey model with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, the article designed the questionnaire based on characteristics of this field, and made a survey among 6 groups of professionals in the field and some other professionals in other fields as comparison, to bring forward some analysis and conclusions.
