摘 要:采用传统的熔融-淬冷法制备了一系列Cu改良后的GeTe4-Ga2Te3玻璃样品,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差热分析(DTA)、分光光度计和红外透射光谱仪等研究了系统玻璃组成、结构和光学特性,应用经典的Tauc方程计算了样品光学带隙允许的间接跃迁。实验结果表明,玻璃的密度和摩尔体积都随着Cu含量的增加而减小,短波吸收截止边发生红移,光学带隙减小;(GeTe4)68(Ga2Te3)26Cu6玻璃具有最好的热稳定性,ΔT(=Tx-Tg,即玻璃的析晶温度值Tx与玻璃转变温度值Tg的差值)为103℃所有的玻璃样品都有很宽的红外透过窗口,红外截止波长都超过了20μm。A series of Cu-improved GeTe 4-Ga2 Tea chalcogenide glasses were prepared by traditional meltquenching method. In this paper, the X-ray diffraction (XRD) diffraction, scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential thermal analysis (DTA), spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer are adopted to analyze the dependence of the composition on structure and optical properties of the glass samples. The Tauc equation is used to calculate the indirect optical band gap. The results show that with the increasing Of Cu content, both the density and the molar volume of the glasses decrease. A red-shift occurs in the short-wavelength absorption cut-off edge of the glasses, and the band gap is decreased. The maximum AT of 103 ℃ is obtained for the glass composition of (GeTe4)68 (Ga2Te3)26 Cu6. These prepared GeTe4-Ga2 Te3-Cu glasses all have wide optical transmission window and the infrared cut-off wavelength is far beyond 20μm, which implies that the studied far-infrared Te-based ehalcogenide glasses have an important potential application.
