摘 要:环境温湿度的变化及其产生的影响在大体积混凝土结构中是不容忽视的。分析温度场、温度应力场、湿度应力场尤其是结构的整体应力场是工程中非常关注的问题。为此,以某大体积混凝土水闸墙现场监测为基础,仅考虑环境温湿度的影响,用ANSYS依次对该结构的温度场、温度应力场及湿度应力场进行数值模拟,然后将模拟得到的温度应力场与湿度应力场叠加,得到整体应力场。将模拟的总应力与现场检测结果对比,并对模拟结果进行分析和总结,得出一些有价值的结论。通过对应力场的数值模拟,可对大体积混凝土浇筑后裂缝的开展有一定的预见性,对制订温控措施有一定的指导意义。The influence of the environmental temperature and humidity change on massive concrete structures should not be ignored.In engineering,much attention is paid to analyzing the temperature field,thermal stress field,humidity stress field and especially its total stress field in massive concrete structures.Based on the monitoring on-site of a massive concrete sluice wall,and only the impact of environmental temperature and humidity is considered,and the temperature field,temperature and humidity stress field are numerically simulated through ANSYS,and the total stress field is obtained by the thermal stress field plus humidity stress field.The total stress simulated is compared with the result monitored on-site.The results of the simulation are analyzed and summarized,and some valuable conclusion is put forward.Through the numerical simulation of stress field,the crack development of massive concrete poured can be predicted to some extent,and this has a certain significance to formulate temperature control measures.
