摘  要:相似材料是否合适是模拟工程原型的关键。在调研岩溶区基岩相似材料研究现状的基础上,借鉴前人经验,通过大量的配比试验,研制出一种新型的基岩模拟材料粘土石膏胶结料(CGSC),该材料用砂作为骨料,用水泥、石膏与粘土作为胶结剂混合而成。试验表明,外在的养护条件对材料的力学性能影响显著;材料的力学试验表明,新材料可以很好的模拟中风化、微风化石灰岩,具有性能稳定、易于购买,价格便宜、易加工等优点。将该材料用于岩溶区嵌岩桩模型试验,可有效地揭示承载能力、破坏模式等信息的变化规律。It's very important to choose similar material for simulating the engineering prototype.Based on the research status of bedrock similar material in Karst area and on the former experience,a new similar material,the clay gypsum cementation material(CGSC),had been developed through hundreds of compounding tests.This similar material was mixed with sand which used as aggregate,and the cement,gypsum and clay were used as cementing agent.A lot of experiments showed that the extrinsic maintenance conditions were significant for the mechanical properties of the material.From the mechanical test results,the new material can simulate intermediary and silky weathered limestone.The new similar material has many advantages such as stable performance,easy available and cheap,ease of processing.This similar material had been used in rock-socketed pile model test in Karst area,and the variation of information such as bearing capacity and failure mode had been effectively revealed.
