骨科Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物干预

摘　　要：选取我院2011年3月及2011年11月至12月骨科Ⅰ类切口手术的出院病例各110例,对比干预前、后预防用抗菌药物的合理性。实施干预后,药物选择、预防用药时机、药物联用及更换情况、抗菌药物总费用占总住院费用比例等较干预前均明显得到改善;但仍存在预防用药无指征、用药疗程偏长等现象。我院采取的干预措施有效、可行,对促进安全、有效、合理、经济应用抗菌药物起到了积极作用,但仍需进一步规范管理。A total of 110 discharged cases that underwent orthopedic typeⅠincision operations were selected from our hospital in Mar. 2011 and during Nov. 2011 to Dec. 2011, respectively. The rationality of the prophylactic application of antibiotics was compared before and after intervention. After intervention, the rationality of prophylactics in orthopedic type Ⅰ incision was improved significantly in respect of drug selection, initial medication time, combined use and replacement of antibiotics, and the ratio of total antibiotics expenses to total hospital costs. There were still some problems, such as no indication of drug use and long medication duration. The intervention measures adopted by the hospital are feasible and valid to promote safe, effective, economical and rational application of antibiotics. But standard management should be strengthened further more.
