高效液相色谱法同时测定骨筋丸胶囊中龙胆苦苷和芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法测定骨筋丸胶囊中龙胆苦苷和芍药苷的含量方法。色谱柱:十八烷基键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:230 nm;柱温:30℃。龙胆苦苷在0.1659μg～1.244μg、芍药苷在0.02978μg～0.2234μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;龙胆苦苷的平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.64%,芍药苷的平均回收率为96.8%,RSD=2.43%。本方法简便快捷,准确可靠,确保了骨筋丸胶囊的质量。To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the contents of gentiopicroside and paeoniflorin in the Gujinwan capsules. The chromatographic condition included an octadecyl bonded silica gel column with the gradient elution of mobile phase of methanol-water; the flow rate was at 1.0 mL·min^-1; the detection wavelength was at 230 nm; the column temperature was at 30℃. The standards tested showed good linear correlations for gentiopicroside at 0.1659 μg^1.244 μg and for paeoniflorin at 0.02978 μg^0.2234 μg. The average gentiopicroside recovery was 98.4%, RSD=1.64%; the average paeoniflorin recovery was 96.82%, RSD=2.43%. The method is simple, accurate, specific and can be used for quality control.
