摘  要:学习型组织理论是现代管理理论最新研究成果,面对世界科技高新化、信息网络化、经济全球化迅猛发展趋势,高校要在未来的竞争中保持不败之地,唯有抢抓发展机遇。创造学习型组织有效地开发和使用人力资源,使高校成为先进生产力、先进文化传播组织的同时成为广大教职工根本利益的转化组织,从而在不断创新中生存发展并创造奇迹。Learning Organization Thoery is the latest research achievement in modem management theory. In market economy, with the rapid development of the world high-tech , information network and economic globalization, universities must seize the development opportunity if it wants to maintain the winning position in the future competition. By establishing Learning Organization to effectively develop and employ Human Resources, universities can act as an organization to spread advanced productive forces and culture, as well as a Transformation organization for the fundamental interests of all the staffs in it so that it can develop and work miracles in on-going innovation.
