摘　　要：档案价值实现建立在社会对档案信息的有效利用基础之上。社会实践主体能否对档案信息实施有效的利用,既取决于社会信息文明的发展程度,更取决于社会实践的理性化程度。信息文明与社会实践理性化之间互动发展关系告诉我们,社会实践理性化,包括社会实践专业化和社会实践管理理性化的发展是推动信息文明发展,进而推动档案价值实现的根本动力。Archives value realization based on the effective use of archives in society practice. Whether the Social practice subject of archives can use archives effectively, this is not only dependent on the develop- ment of the civilization, but also depends on the social practice rational degree. The interaction between information civilization and social practice rational development tells us： rational social practice, including the social practice specialization and social practice management rationalization is the basic driving force to promote the development of civilization, and promote of archives value realization.
