摘　　要：大学档案馆藏是富含价值的机构信息资产,在政府信息公开语境下的大学档案馆,必然成为公共机构信息公开承载主体。发达国家大学档案政策在档案信息公开和利用方面的经验,为我们提供了有益的借鉴。The archives collections in university are a kind of valuable institutional information asset. In the context of the government information disclosure, the university archives will certainly be the main body of institutions to disclosure information. In this article, the author finds that the experiences of university archival information disclosure and utilization policy in developed countries will provide instructive refer- ences to our country.
