摘 要:目的 T波交替(T wave alternans,TWA)可独立预测室性心律失常与猝死,但传统的检测方法实时性较差。为实现短时T波交替的检测,提高实时性,本文利用改进的方法检测心电信号,为TWA信号的检测分析提供新手段。方法改进传统相关分析法中对齐时的模板及计算交替指数时的模板,待检测信号取自MIT-BIH和ST-T数据库。首先对待检测信号进行预处理,然后每两个相邻T波作为一组,先进行相关对齐,再计算交替指数,根据交替指数的判断规则判定是否存在T波交替,并用传统的谱分析法加以验证。结果成功实现了短时的T波交替检测,连续6个信号即可判断该段信号是否存在TWA现象,并通过了谱分析法的交替幅度值的验证,有更好的实时性。结论该方法可以用于短时的T波交替检测,计算方法简单,易于实现。本文还总结了影响T波交替检测的几个重要因素,直接计算相邻两T波间的交替相关指数是本文的创新点。Objective T wave ahernans (TWA) can forecast ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death, however ,the traditional method is not real-time. This paper proposes an improved method to detect short-time TWA. Methods We enhanced the traditional correlation method to detect T wave ahernans, enhancing the template for alignment and calculating the ahernans index. The data sets were taken from the MIT-BIH database and the ST-T database. After data preprocessing,we regarded each two adjacent T waves as a research group. Firstly we aligned the two T waves, calculated the ahernans index, then to tell whether T wave ahernans existing. Results This method realized the detection of short-time TWA and may judge TWA within six adjacent signals. Spectrum analysis was proposed to verify this improved method. Conclusions This improved correlation method could be used for detecting TWA. The algorithm was simple,easy to achieve. Certain important factors il^fluencing the detection of TWA were discussed and the innovation point of the paper was the calculation for the ahernans index of the two adjacent T waves.
