摘  要:目的在传统机械类插棒康复训练装置的基础上,设计一种在康复训练期帮助偏瘫患者完成手、腕、肘等关节活动度训练的上肢功能康复训练仪器,增强康复训练的娱乐性和趣味性,并记录每次康复训练的难度模式、完成时间和成绩。方法该仪器包括控制系统、人机交互界面、检测电路、训练板和训练棒,采用单片机89S52主控芯片实现整机控制,选用LabVIEW编写人机交互界面。结果完成了上肢功能康复训练仪器的硬件设计和软件编程。结论利用该仪器,可以促使偏瘫患者积极主动地坚持自我康复训练,且每次训练后可输出报表,以便医生给出康复训练效果和康复程度的评价及下次训练的建议。Objective On the basis of traditional rehabilitation training apparatus,, we design an interesting rehabilitation training apparatus for upper limb function which can assist patients to accomplish the rehabilitation training on hand, wrist and elbow, and register the rehabilitation training mode and results. Methods The apparatus consists of control center, man- machine interface, detecting circuit, training board and training stick. This system uses 89S52 mierocontroller to control the whole rehabilitation training apparatus and designs the man-machine interface with LabVIEW. Results We achieve the hardware design and software programming of the rehabilitation training apparatus for upper limb function. Conclusions This research can be used as a home-based rehabilitation training device to enhance the patients' positivity. The apparatus also can export reports that help physicians to evaluate the rehabilitation training effect.
