摘 要:目的不同的数字化全景齿科成像系统对电源的要求不尽相同,难以规范化、产品化,故需结合其自身特征设计专用的电源系统。方法首先对数字化成像系统所需供电电压及其硬件电路的物理结构进行分析,然后通过分析AC/DC电源模块、线性稳压器和开关型稳压器的种类、输出纹波、功耗及转换效率等工作特性及应用范围,提出一种开关型稳压电源和线性稳压电源相结合的电源系统设计方案。结果通过AC/DC电源模块、低压差线性稳压器(low dropout regulator,LDO)和开关型稳压器实现了电源的功耗低、发热小、电磁干扰轻、纹波小、重量轻和体积小的设计目标。结论提高了数字化全景齿科成像系统工作的稳定性及系统的整体性能。Objective The design of power supply system for digital panoramic dental imaging system is special to meet the different requirements of the power supply systems. Methods We analyzed the needed voltages and hardware circuits' physical structure of digital panoramic dental imaging system firstly. After analyzing the performance characteristic -- such as class, ripple, consumption and conversion efficiency -- as well as the application areas, this paper provided a design proposal of power supply system which combined switching mode voltage stabilizer with linear voltage stabilizer. Results The design targets, such as low consumption,low heat,light elcctro-magnetic interference (EMI) , low ripple, light weight and small volume, were achieved by the use of AC/DC module, low dropout regulator (LDO) and switching mode voltage regulator. Conclusions The stability and the whole performance of digital panoramic dental imaging system were improved.
