摘　　要：上海合作组织和阿富汗重建有着密切联系,从上海合作组织的视角研究阿富汗问题非常重要。过去十年,上海合作组织与阿富汗重建进程之间产生了密切的相互影响。上海合作组织为阿富汗重建进程的平稳演进做出了很大的努力,同时也遭遇了许多困难。2011年阿富汗重建形势的新态势使上海合作组织遭遇了严峻的挑战。未来阿富汗重建是上海合作组织所面临的众多挑战之一,同时也是上海合作组织进一步成长的机遇。There is a close link between the Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO） and the re-construction of Afghanistan,and as such researching the issue of Afghanistan from the perspective of the SCO is critical.Over the past decade,SCO has interacted closely with the process of re-construction in Afghanistan.While the SCO has made a tremendous contribution in terms of stabilizing Afghanistan＇s re-construction process,it has also faced considerable obstacles.In 2011,a sudden change in the direction of the re-construction process presented a serious challenge for the SCO.In the future,the re-construction of Afghanistan will continue to be the greatest challenge for the SCO,while also being its greatest opportunity for growth as an organization.
