摘  要:本文建立了依托泊苷的微分脉冲伏安(DPV)分析方法。在pH 2.09的B-R缓冲液中,依托泊苷在+0.628 V(vs.SCE)电位处产生一个阳极氧化峰,峰电流与依托泊苷在3.0×10-7moL/L^9.3×10-5moL/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限(D=3σ/K)为2.1×10-7moL/L。将该法应用于依托泊苷模拟尿样的测定,结果令人满意。This article establishes a method for determination of etoposide by differential pulse voltammetry (9PV) . The differential pules voltammetry exhibited an oxidation current peaks of etoposide at the potential of +0. 628 V (vs. SCE) in pH 2. 09 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution. The peak current was linearly increased with the concentration of etoposide over the range of 3.0×10^-7-9. 3×10^-5 mol/L. The detection limit was 2. 1× 10-7 mol/L The method was applied to the assay of etoposide in imitative human serum and urine with satisfactory results. The possible mechanism for the irreversible reaction Tas assumed to be the oxidation loss of one proton and two electrons.
