摘  要:本文根据废旧三圈五号锌锰电池的结构特点,提出了先将电池粉碎筛分后分批处理:先用酸洗碎料(即Mn(III)H+Mn(IV)+Mn(II);ZnOH+Zn2+),再通过电解法分离锌锰两种金属元素,回收电解锌和二氧化锰。用过氧化氢还原锰金属元素(即Mn(IV)H2O2H+Mn(II))回收碳酸锰。同时对电池内少量的重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Hg)进行无害化处理。According to the component of No-5 waste zinc-manganese dry battery which is produced by 3CIRCLE company, a new treating method has been developed: First, sort the composition after shatter the batteries; next, electrolyze the solution of acidification of the anodicmaterial. And then deoxideMn(IV) by hydrogen peroxide, which is changed to manganese carbonate for the recovery. At the same time, the heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury is also disposed.
