不同产地丹参药材的丹参酮ⅡA含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同产地丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,选用Agilent C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结论验证了山东为丹参的道地产区,丹参酮ⅡA线性范围为0.08～0.80μg,回归方程Y=3030x-15.4,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率98.5%,RSD=1.7%(n=5)。结论丹参药材的质量与产地关系较大,此研究可作为丹参饮片选择、采购的依据。OBJECTIVE To compare of tanshinone ⅡA in Danshen from different producing areas.METHODS RP-HPLC was used.And a Agilent C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）column was used.The methyl alcohol-water（80∶20） was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The determination wavelength was 270nm.RESULTS The trueborn area in Shandong was validated.For anshinone ⅡA,the linear range was 0.08～0.80μg.The linear equation was Y=3030x-15.4,while the correlation coefficient was 0.9996,and the average recovery rate was 98.5%,RSD=1.7（n=5）.CONCLUSION The quality of danshen is lied on the trueborn area.The study can be the basis of Danshen′s choose and purchase.
