摘　　要：目的总结不留置导尿修复尿道成形术后尿瘘的治疗体会。方法根据尿道瘘修补术后是否留置导尿,将47例患者分成两组,对比留置导尿和不留置导尿修补瘘口直径小于1cm尿道瘘的不同。结果留置导尿与不留置导尿对尿道瘘修复的成功率无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论尿道下裂术后不留置导尿对手术效果无明显影响,可以缩短术后住院时间,减轻患儿痛苦,降低治疗费用,值得推广应用。Objective To review the experience of the urethrocutaneous fistula repair without using a urethral.stent. Methods The difference between the patients using a urethral stent and without using a urethral stent was contrasted, who un- der went the operation of repairing urethrocutaneous fistula was less than 1 cm in diameter. Results There was no difference between the two groups in effect. Conclusion The method repairing urethrocutaneous fistula without using a urethral stent can gain the same effect and reduce the cost and uncomfortable experience of patient. It can be used extensively.
