七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉在骨关节脱位闭合复位术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨七氟醚在骨关节脱位闭合复位术中的应用效果及安全性。方法 32例急诊行骨关节脱位的患者,在6%七氟醚+6L/min氧气吸入诱导和2%七氟醚+2L/min氧气维持麻醉下行闭合复位术。记录患者诱导时间、苏醒时间、围麻醉期的MBP、HR、SpO2和不良反应,并对麻醉效果进行评级。结果 32例患者的诱导时间和苏醒时间分别为(61.5±26.7)s和(137.9±69.4)s,围麻醉期生命征平稳,麻醉优良率达90.6%,未发现明显不良反应。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉可安全有效地应用于骨关节脱位闭合复位术。Objective To observe the feasibility and safety of total inhalational anesthesia with sevoflurane in joint dislo- cation reduction surgery. Methods A total of 32 emergency patients undergoing joint dislocation reduction surgery were includ- ed, all patients were implemented total inhalational anesthesia with 6% sevoflurane ＋ 6 L/rain O2 induction and 2% sevoflurane -t- 2 L/rain O2 maintenance. MBP, HR, SpO2, induction time, recovery time, evaluation of anesthesia and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The intraoperative MBP, HR, SpO2 were stable, 90.6% of anesthesia were rated as excenllent and no complication were found. Conclusion The total inhalational anesthesia with sevoflurane in joint dislocation reduction srugery is safe, practical and convenient.
