摘 要:采用曝气生物膜法深度处理已有工艺中曝气池排出的染料废水(COD 300mg/L,色度280),重点考察了气水比、水力负荷和滤床高度对色度去除率的影响.结果表明:曝气生物膜法深度处理染料废水是可行的,在气水比为1.5∶1、水力负荷为1.0m3/(m2.h)条件下,经过BAF反应器深度处理后出水色度为41.2,去除率为85.3%,达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB 4287—92一级排放标准;此外滤床高度对色度的去除也有着重要影响,色度的去除主要发生在0~0.8m高度范围内,去除率达到84.8%.和其它技术相比,采用曝气生物膜法处理染料废水具有成本低、运行管理方便和占地面积小等特点,可为同类废水处理提供参考.Biological aerated filter was adopted for advanced treatment of dyeing wastewater, COD 300 mg/ L and chroma 280, which was effluent from aeration tank based on the pre-process in this experiment. Influences of gas-water ratio, filter bed height and hydraulic loading on chroma removal rate were emphatically analyzed. The results showed: it is feasible to treat dyeing wastewater advancedly by biological aerated filter; when the gas-water ratio was 1.5 : 1 and the hydraulic loading 1.0 ma/(m2·h), the chroma of effluent was 41.2, the chroma removal rate 84. 8%, which was sufficient to the discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry ( I ) ; influence of filter bed height on chroma removal was also significant, which most chroma, 84. 8%, was removed in biological aerated filter below height 0. 8 m. Biological aerated filter has great improvements in advanced treating dyeing wastewater, including low cost, small occupation and convenience management, compared with the other processes, which can offer reference for wastewater treatment of the same sort.
