十二指肠损伤的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨十二指肠损伤的机制,提高十二指肠损伤诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院1996年1月～2011年12月期间收治的十二指肠损伤38例患者临床资料。结果闭合性损伤29例(76%),开放性损伤9例(24%);复合伤31例(82%);手术治疗30例(83%),保守治疗8例(17%);治愈36例(95%),死亡2例(5%)。结论十二指肠损伤早期诊断,准确判断损伤程度,选接合适治疗方法,及时外科手术干预是救治成功的关键。Objective Explore the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury.Method Retrospective analysis of 38 cases of duodenal injury patients admitted from January 1996 to December 2011.Its injury factors,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Result 29（76%）patients had blunt injuries,Therate of duodenal trauma and associated injuries was 9（24%） and 31（82%） respectively;Operation treatment of 30 cases（83%）,conservative treament in 8 cases（17%）.In 38 patients,of which 36 cases（95%） were cured,2 cases of death（5%）.Conclusion The closed injury is common in the duodenal injury which always belonged to combined injury.The etiology is complicated and the disease is serious.It should be examined carefully.The early diagnosis and treatment play an important role in the successful cure.
