摘　　要：党性教育和党性修养是高职院校党的建设的一个重要方面。面对新形势、新任务、新目标,只有认清高职院校党性教育存在的问题,找准突破口,才能切实增强教职工党员党性教育活动的有效性。Party spirit education and the accomplishment of party spirit in higher vocational colleges is an important aspect of the construction of the party. Facing the new situation new tasks and new target, only when we recognize the problems in the party spirit education in higher vocational colleges, can we find out the breakthrough, and enhance the effectiveness of the staff of party spirit education.
