摘　　要：以人为本的科学发展观是我国经济发展的重要指导思想,也是中国金融可持续发展的指导思想。按照科学发展观的要求,中国金融应该成为以人为本的全面协调与可持续发展的金融。以人为本是中国金融的核心,全面协调与可持续发展是实现以人为本的中国金融的基本要求。为了贯彻落实科学发展观,中国金融应该在已有发展成果的基础上,不断完善金融经济与实体经济、中国金融内部与外部的全面协调,并进一步完善中国金融的运行机制,以期达到预期的经济发展目标。The people - oriented guideline of scientific development is an important guiding ideology for our national economic growth, and also the guiding ideology for national sustainable economic development. To follow the guideline of scientific development, China＇ s financial system should be people - oriented and sustainable developed. The people - oriented perspective is the core of China＇ s finance, while the comprehensive coordinated and sustainable development is the basic element to meet the requests of the peopleori- ented China＇ s finance. In order to implement the guideline of scientific development, it is essential to improve China＇ s finance just based on the existing achievements and dynamic perfection ofthe financial econo- my and real economy, as well as the comprehensive coordination of the internal and external financial institutions. So, it is crucial to further improve China＇ s fmancial operation mechanism, for the sake of achieving the expected goal of economic development.
