摘　　要：目的:研究炒炭不同程度藕节炭中浸出物、3-表白桦脂酸高效液相色谱(HPLC)特征图谱的变化。方法:浸出物采用水冷浸出和65%乙醇热浸出法;3-表白桦脂酸含测和特征图谱采用HPLC法。结果:水冷浸浸出物含量:标准炭>重炭>轻炭>超轻炭>生藕节>超重炭;65%乙醇热浸浸出物含量:轻炭≈标准炭>重炭>超轻炭>生品>超重炭;3-表白桦脂酸含量:轻炭、超轻炭、标准炭三者含量接近,均高于生品,重炭较低,超重炭未检测出;HPLC特征图谱:生品、超轻炭、轻炭、标准炭、重炭5个特征色谱峰均存在,但炒炭后各特征峰的峰面积变化不同,超重炭其特征峰均消失。结论:藕节炒炭至一定程度后水溶性浸出物、65%乙醇浸出物、3-表白桦脂酸含量均提高。HPLC特征图谱峰面积发生变化。Objective： To study changes of extract,3-epibetulinic acid and HPLC specific chromatograms in different Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal.Methods： Extract was extracted by cold water and 65% ethanol.The content determination of 3-epibetulinic acid and HPLC specific chromatograms were studied by HPLC method.Results： Content of extract by cold water was put in descending order： standard carbon,heavy carbon,light carbon,super light carbon,raw Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis and super heavy carbon.Content of 65% alcohol extract was put in descending order： standard carbon equal to light carbon,heavy carbon,super light carbon,raw Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis and super heavy carbon.Content of 3-epibetulinic acid was put in descending order： standard carbon equal to light carbon and super light carbon,raw Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis and heavy carbon.Five common chromatographic peaks existed in raw Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis,super light carbon,light carbon,standard carbon and heavy carbon which were different from reference peak 2 on relative peak area in HPLC specific chromatograms.No common chromatographic peak appeared in super heavy carbon.Conclusion： Contents of water extract,65%alcohol extract and 3-epibetulinic acid increase in Nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis Charcoal.Relative peak area in HPLC specific chromatograms varies after charring.
